The National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) organized a special training session on the e-Office system for its officers and staff at the NCCT headquarters. The session aimed to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and digitalisation of internal workflows in line with the government’s vision of paperless governance.
The training was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Minu Shukla Pathak, Secretary of NCCT, who emphasised the importance of adopting modern digital tools to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery.
She noted that transitioning to a fully digital environment would not only save time and resources but also bring greater accountability in day-to-day operations.
Participants were given hands-on training on various aspects of the e-Office system, including file creation, noting and drafting, e-dak (electronic correspondence) management, and document tracking systems. The session aimed to familiarise the staff with practical tools for effective file handling and communication within the organisation.
