To strengthen citizen-centric governance and advance the vision of Viksit Bharat, a meeting on the “Seva Sankalp Resolution” was chaired by Mrs. Minu Shukla Pathak (IRS), Secretary, at the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) Conference Hall, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

The resolution draws inspiration from the historic Union Cabinet meeting at Seva Teerth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During the session, the Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to cooperative-led inclusive growth, transparent and accountable governance, and strengthening grassroots institutions.

Addressing officers and staff, Pathak emphasised that governance must go beyond routine administration and serve as a platform for meaningful public service rooted in empathy, efficiency, and accountability. She highlighted the vital role of cooperative institutions in driving inclusive and participatory development.

The meeting reinforced NCCT’s resolve to align its policies, training programmes, and institutional reforms with the national vision of Seva, Sankalp, and Samriddhi.
