Has NCCT transfer flouted court orders?

The letter from the Ministry has come-a letter extending the term of NCCT Secretary Mohan Mishra in his present job for one more year. Mishra’s term was ending on 22nd October and the letter has arrived not a moment too soon.

“As per NCUI’s recommendation the Ministry is extending the term of Mohan Kumar Mishra” is the gist of the letter Mishra and his loyalists were desperately waiting to receive. “He may be down but is not yet out”, reminded one of his loyalists.

With having an extension letter in his pocket, Mishra is said to be going the extra-mile mending fences with cooperators as an exercise in damage limitation. He knows that he may have managed the Ministry but he has to work in an atmosphere dominated by cooperators.

Readers would recall most of GC members were dead against Mishra’s extension and wanted the NCUI President to take a final call on the matter. But the President gave in to the pressure mounted by the Ministry as reported in these columns earlier.

What is the use for his extension. Nothing will do for further one year. Same thing will do again in the NCCT. Same game will play such as conducting conference, colloquium, workshop etc for pleasing the ministry people again for his extension for next year bring the Ministry, Secretary, and Ministry people. For last five years what he has done in the NCCT. He has put the NCCT under the foot of Ministry. Because for his extension that he has got three times. same thing will do another year also. Now you can see the real face of the Mohan Mishra. The Ministry has done blender mistake of given extension. He wont take any fruitful action. He will always buttering Ministry, Chairman and Governing Council Members. He will not do recruitment, Promotion and MACP for welfare of the employees. For his extension he will do at the extreme level and spoiled the employee life. He will bring the Minister, Secretary for Agriculture , Additional Secretary and Ministry People and accommodate in the five star hotels for pleasing and buttering. He will conduct meeting and conference at Srinagar Goa, Even singapore and arranged Five star hotel for Minister and Secretary for Agriculture and they will do enjoyment. For the last five years he has done such above event and invited Minister, Secretary, and other people. What he contributed NCCT and what they contributed NCCT. They helped Mohan Mishra Extension and He got extension except this what he contributed for the last five years NCCT. People like public, employees and stakeholders didn’t understand his fake face. so that some of the people wish them for his extension. Again he will do same thing. For the last five years no DPC no promotion, no MACP and at present no seventh pay for employees. only he is getting all benefits and developed his Multi Level marketing and asked the some of the Directors to contribute and getting bribe in the name of subscription of the amount to MLM Business. It is cent percent true. The Chairman has not taken any steps against him instead of given extension
