National Cooperative Consumer Federation (NCCF) Managing Director Ms. Anice Joseph Chandra held a series of high-level meetings in Madhya Pradesh to explore collaborative initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperative networks and enhancing consumer welfare.

She met Karamveer Sharma, Food Commissioner, Government of Madhya Pradesh, to discuss strategies for improving cooperative food distribution and ensuring efficient supply chains. The discussions focused on leveraging cooperative platforms to increase accessibility and benefits for consumers across the state.

In another engagement, Ms. Chandra interacted with Anurag Jain, Managing Director of the MP State Civil Supplies Corporation, to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth in the cooperative and consumer welfare sectors. Both sides emphasized synergizing efforts to empower local communities and reinforce the cooperative movement in Madhya Pradesh.

Further, Ms. Chandra met Alok Kumar Singh, MD of MARKFED MP, to discuss initiatives aimed at farmer welfare and building efficient agricultural distribution systems, highlighting NCCF’s commitment to stronger agri-cooperative synergy in the state.
