The training and education arm of NCUI, NCCE recently held a programme to train newly empaneled Arbitrators at its headquarters in Delhi.
The two days Foundation Training Programme focused on DCS Act 2003 & Rules 2007 for newly empaneled Arbitrators, reads a post from NCUI.
NCCE was joined by Delhi State Coop Training Centre and Registrar Cooperative Societies, GNCT Of Delhi to organize this event.
Arbitrators are quasi legal professionals who help in resolving legal issues by calling the two parties thereby save the litigants from the long-drawn process of courts.
