The Nagpur Nagarik Sahakari Bank Limited (NNSBL) financed the ambitious road project, covering a substantial stretch between Amravati and Akola in Maharashtra in a record time of 96 hours and thus annexing the laurels of being mentioned in the Guinness World Record, reports Hitavada.
This has meant this is the only bank in the Vidarbha region to have achieved this distinction.
Nagpur Nagarik Sahakari Bank is one of the oldest and leading cooperative banks in Vidarbha. Its first branch was started in Gandhibagh area of Nagpur.
