NAFSCOB has closed the application window for the post of Managing Director/Chief Executive, receiving 38 applications by the deadline of 30 November 2025. No applications are being accepted beyond this date.
A seven-member selection committee has been formed to conduct the recruitment. The selection process will take place in three phases.
In the first phase, to be held in the second or third week of December 2025, shortlisted applicants will be invited to visit the NAFSCOB office for a mandatory familiarization exercise. Each shortlisted candidate will receive an individual intimation explaining the objective of the visit.
They must bring necessary documents, including a No Objection Certificate (if employed), last pay certificate, and conduct certificate (if not currently employed). Even those who have previously visited NAFSCOB are required to attend again at their own expense. The shortlist may also be uploaded on www.nafscob.org.
In the second phase, only those who attend the familiarization round will be considered for further shortlisting and invited for a personal interview before the selection committee.
The third and final phase will involve discussions with the final shortlisted candidates before the appointment decision.
Candidates must bear all expenses for attending each phase of the process, as NAFSCOB will not cover any costs. Only shortlisted applicants will receive communication, and others are requested not to inquire about the status of their applications or seek information through the personal WhatsApp numbers of the Chairman or Managing Director.
