Biscomaun Chairman Dr Sunil Kumar Singh was felicitated by the Nafed management for becoming the Deputy Chief Whip in Bihar Assembly on the occasion of the 65th Annual General Meeting of the agri cooperative organized on Friday at the NCUI headquarters.
He was felicitated with a bouquet and a shawl. An MLC from RJD, Singh is also the Vice-Chairman of Nafed and on the board of Kribhco. Sunil is also close to Lalu Prasad Yadav.
NCUI President Dileep Sanghani, Kribhco Chairman Chandra Pal Singh Yadav, Nafed Chairman Bijendra Singh, MD Rajbir Singh and others had gathered to felicitate him.
“I am overwhelmed by the honour accorded to me by top cooperators of the country including the NCUI President and the Nafed President, among others”, said Sunil to Indian Cooperative.
Later, during his thanks-giving speech, Sunil regaled the audience with his wit and humour.
