The Managing Director of agri co-op Nafed, Rajbir Singh has brought laurels to the co-operative fold by getting nominated to the Professorial position at a prestigious body, IIS.
Indian Institute of Sustainability (I.I.S.), a part of Gujarat University elevated Mr Singh to this position through issuing a Certificate. The Certificate has been signed by the Registrar and Vice-Chancellor of Gujarat University.
The tweet on the appointment read” Indian Institute of Sustainability (I.I.S.) at Gujarat University, Ahmedabad nominated Rajbir Singh MD, NAFED as “Distinguished Professor” during his recent visit to the University for his climate resilient and sustainable development initiatives.”
It bears recalling that Later, NAFED had signed an MoU with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in the presence of the Governor for Capacity Building, FPO Formation, Facilitate Market Linkages and Promotion of Natural Farming in the State. MoU was signed by MD, NAFED and VC of Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
