NAFED’s Managing Director, Deepak Agrawal, IAS, shared his thoughts on the establishment of Tribhuvan Cooperative University and assured NAFED’s full support for this historic initiative.
He said, “Inspired by the vision of the honourable Prime Minister of India, the founding of Tribhuvan Sahkari University marks a significant milestone in the cooperative sector, especially as we celebrate the International Year of Cooperatives”.
“The university will play a crucial role in realizing the vision of ‘Sahkar se Samriddhi’ (Prosperity through Cooperation). At a time when the world is rapidly adopting new technologies, advanced managerial skills, and innovative approaches in the cooperative sector, this university will serve as a center for training office bearers, members, and stakeholders of cooperative societies”, Agrawal added.
Moreover, it will generate new employment opportunities and further strengthen the cooperative movement. I firmly believe that ‘Sahkar se Samriddhi’ will be significantly advanced through the contributions of this university.
