While addressing the 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NAFED at Bharat Mandapam on Friday, Managing Director Deepak Aggarwal reaffirmed the federation’s commitment to preparing for future challenges through professionalism and advanced technology adoption.
Aggarwal highlighted that NAFED is actively implementing ERP systems, e-auction portals, and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance efficiency and deliver long-term benefits for both the institution and farmers.
He also announced that NAFED is in the process of launching its ‘NAFEX’ portal in the coming days to further strengthen e-auction operations.
He further emphasized that NAFED is focusing on strengthening its product portfolio and brand presence to ensure sustainable business growth. By expanding retail and consumer outreach, NAFED aims to directly connect farmers’ produce with consumers, ensuring a seamless farm-to-market supply chain.
