A National Peace conference was held in Lucknow University. It was organised jointly by Lucknow University and Universal Peace Foundation.
The Nafed Director Ashok Thakur was one of the guest speakers in the seminar which had invited many prominent participants.
The Mayor Dinesh Sharma , Vice Chancellor of university, John Kittal from Washington Post and Dr. Yung, President UPF from Koria were the other key dignitaries.
Talking to Indian Cooperative Ashok Thakur said that the seminar was a great success as speakers expounded on the strategies of ushering in peace in society. The students must have benefited from such an intellectually stimulating seminar, he added.
