In the recent elections for the Board of Directors of Mysuru District Mahila Co-operative Bank, D. Gowramma’s group emerged triumphant, securing 10 out of 19 seats and a simple majority.
Polling, conducted at Hardwicke High School near Ramaswamy Circle from 9 am to 4 pm, saw enthusiastic participation.
The victorious candidates, including D. Gowramma, were officially declared winners by Returning Officer B.R. Raghu, concluding the counting process late Sunday evening.
