Muslim Co-op Bank: Members complain against Election officer

There are allegations that the Election Officer has rejected nomination papers of some members who wanted to contest the election of Mysuru based the Muslim Co-operative Bank, reports Star of Mysore.

A member has lodged the complaint with the local police.

The members whose nomination papers have been rejected on flimsy grounds have urged the election commission to look into the matter.

The police say they are gathering necessary information so that they could initiate action.

Some of the affected members have also decided to knock at the door of court.
