District cooperative central banks employees in Bhilai have urged the new govt to give them their revised pay scales, reports the daily The Hitavada.
The matter has been pending since one year although Boards of Directors from all cooperative banks have approved this proposal in general meetings.
The employees argue revised pay scales would involve any extra financial burden on the state government.
Actually, the delay in taking a decision in the matter is not only causing resentment among them but also affecting the functioning of banks, employees maintain.
