In a proactive move to strengthen agricultural procurement systems, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav conducted a surprise inspection of the Adani Agro Silo Procurement Centre located at Nagjhiri, operated under the Seva Sahakari Samiti Datana.

During the visit, the Chief Minister directly interacted with farmers present at the centre and gathered first-hand feedback on procurement arrangements, payment processes, and overall transparency. Farmers shared their experiences regarding crop procurement, storage, and the efficiency of the system.

Dr. Yadav closely reviewed the operational mechanisms at the facility, including weighing systems, quality checks, and record maintenance. He emphasized the importance of ensuring a transparent, farmer-friendly, and hassle-free procurement process.

Taking note of the ground situation, the Chief Minister issued necessary directions to concerned officials to streamline operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain accountability at every level.
