MoS launches Bharat Organics Fair 2025 in Delhi

To commemorate four years of the Ministry of Cooperation, Union Minister of State Krishan Pal Gurjar inaugurated the “Bharat Organics Fair 2025” in New Delhi, organized by the National Cooperative Organics Limited (NCOL).

The Minister visited exhibition stalls and planted a sapling under the #EkPedMaaKeNaam2.0 campaign, highlighting the cooperative sector’s commitment to sustainability. He also launched NCOL’s premium Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in collaboration with Unnati Cooperative.

Lauding NCOL’s efforts, the Minister said the cooperative model empowers small farmers and transforms organic farming into a national movement. Backed by the leadership of the Prime Minister and Home Minister, NCOL is turning the vision of “Sahakar Se Samriddhi” into reality.

Secretary Dr. Ashish Bhutani emphasized NCOL’s role in branding, certification, and market access for organic farmers, while Chairman Dr. Minesh Shah highlighted the inclusion of over 7,000 cooperatives from 19 states. With plans to become a major player in India’s organic sector, NCOL is building a farmer-owned, transparent, and profitable organic ecosystem. The fair marked a key step toward expanding India’s cooperative-driven organic economy.
