In a significant move to support organic farmers in Haryana, a joint meeting was held between Union Minister of State for Cooperation Krishan Pal Gurjar, and Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana.
The meeting aimed to ensure that organic farmers in Haryana receive fair value for their produce. It was decided that the Haryana government’s Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department will extend full cooperation to the National Cooperative Organics Limited (NCOL).
This partnership will help connect organic farmers with the “Bharat Organics” brand, expanding market access across India and globally.
It bears recalling that Under the visionary leadership of Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, the Ministry of Cooperation is steadily progressing toward its goal of “Prosperity through Cooperation. Senior officials from both central and state governments were present in the meeting.
