MP Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel has called upon the outsourced employees of the Cooperative Department to stop striking and return to work failing which strict action will be taken against them, reports News Track.
Due to the strike farmers are not being registered for various crops. Sources say despite the assurance given by the co-op dept’s principal secretary, the employees have refused to end their strike.
The strike has badly affected the functioning of cooperative institutions working under the co-op dept of the state.
