Odisha Cooperation Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain told the State Assembly that Odisha State Cooperative Bank [OSCB] incurred huge losses as staff members indulged in shady financial transactions, reports Pioneer.
Replying to a question, the Minister said scores of employees of the OSCB are involved in the frauds and action would be taken against them as per the Cooperative Act 1962.
According to the minister, Central Cooperative Banks have also suffered huge losses
due to financial irregularities.
