Sahakar Bharati leaders were one of the firsts from the cooperative sector to greet the former health minister J.P.Nadda who has been appointed as the BJP working president recently.
Sahakar Bharati leaders who called on Nadda included its Patron Jyotindra Mehta, National General Secretary Uday Joshi, Sahakar Bharati Delhi Chapter president and others.
The news was shared by Jyotindra Mehta through social media. He wrote, “Meeting and Greeting J P Nadda on being appointed as Working National President of BJP”.
The news of Nadda’s appointment as the working president was in air ever since despite performing well as union Health Minister in Modi’s last tenure, he was not made a member of the Union council of ministers.
Senior party leaders believe that the tenure of the working president would last till January 2020, when the process to elect a regular party president would begin.
