A seminar on “The Direction for Development of Cooperative Purchase and Sale Unions” was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Gujarat State Cooperative Union in Ahmedabad.
The event brought together key leaders from the cooperative sector to deliberate on strategies for strengthening procurement, marketing systems and institutional capacity of cooperative purchase-sale unions across Gujarat.
Among those present were Union Chairman Ghanshyambhai Amin, Regional Manager of National Cooperative Development Corporation Sanjay Kumar, Chairman of Sabarkantha Purchase Sale Union Jethabhai Patel, CEO of Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd Dinesh Suthar, and senior leader Rajendra Trivedi.
Speakers emphasized modernisation, transparency and stronger market linkages to ensure sustainable growth of cooperative trade institutions in the state.
