Laborfed is running a prestigious training institute under the banner – MVR Institute of Skill & Developmental Studies in Co-operation (ISCO). The core mission of the Institute is to promote, and develop capacity building among the employees, Board of Directors of co-operative institutions and students.
The institute is conducting several short-term training programs inside the State and some programs outside the State for professional students and co-operative institutions.
In addition, the institute is giving training to employees, managing committee members, skilled, semi -skilled, unskilled people and to persons in the field of safety, hospitality, housekeeping operations and MSME units covering coir, fisheries, handloom and agricultural sector.
