Satish Marathe, Reserve Bank of India Board member and senior cooperative leader, will participate in the CoOp Digital Summit 2026 in Pune, where he is scheduled to deliver the keynote address.
The summit, themed “Leveraging AI & Digital Tech to Future Readying CoOps,” has been organised by the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and will bring together experts and stakeholders from the cooperative sector to discuss the role of emerging technologies.
The event will focus on how artificial intelligence and digital tools can help modernise cooperative institutions and strengthen their future readiness.
Later in the evening, Marathe will attend a book release function at the office of the Pune Association of Urban Cooperative Banks. The book, titled “Handbook of Securitisation Act,” has been co-authored by advocates Narendra Khasbardar and G.K. Dravid. The organisers have invited stakeholders to attend the release function.
