Telangana High Court reserved orders on Tuesday in two separate criminal petitions filed to quash FIRs against officials of the AP Mahesh Cooperative Urban Bank, reports Telanaga Today.
The criminal complaints were filed by the AP Mahesh Cooperative Urban Bank Shareholders Welfare Association.
The allegations included irregularities in the conduct of elections for the executive posts of the bank. The petition mentioned an abuse in the process of law like police registering FIRs.
