In the midst of the fervour surrounding the Lok Sabha elections, Dileep Sanghani, the President of the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI), has been actively lending support to key Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidates.
Sanghani’s recent appearance in Porbandar saw him rallying behind the outgoing Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, who is seeking re-election from the Porbandar Lok Sabha constituency. Mandaviya, a two-time Rajya Sabha member, is making his debut in the general elections amidst high expectations and fervent party support.
Accompanied by a throng of enthusiastic supporters and party officials, Mandaviya, the BJP’s official candidate, received words of encouragement and solidarity from well-wishers, marking a significant moment in Porbandar’s political landscape.
Prior to his appearance in Porbandar, Sanghani was seen in Rajkot endorsing the candidacy of his childhood friend, Parshottam Rupala, who is contesting from the Rajkot Lok Sabha Seat. Sanghani’s support underscores the importance of unity within the BJP ranks as the Lok Sabha elections approach.
