Dainik Bhaskar reports farmers in Harda district of Madhya Pradesh who have not availed any loans figure in the list of those whose loans have been waived. The farmers say this amounts to a fraud.
They have urged the authorities concerned to take action against those who are responsible for the fraud.
Sources familiar with the development say, this has put the whole loan waiver scheme under a cloud in the district.
It bears recall Congress had promised to waive loans of farmers during the recent assembly election.
