BJP MPs elected from Gujarat held a meeting at the residence of Minister of State and Gujarat MP in Lok Sabha Shri Mohanbhai Kundaria in Delhi.
BJP President Shri Amit Shah also attended the meeting and interacted with the MPs. Gujarat BJP President Vijay Rpani was also present in the meeting.
It is happening for the first time that Gujarat BJP president and national BJP president will attend such a meeting of State MPs, said a media report.
According to media report the issue of Patel agitation was discussed and Party President Amit Shah commented on how caste should be dealt with in the state.
Shah also asked MPs to be in their respective constituencies from May 14th to 26th (2nd anniversary of Modi govt) and spread awareness about the schemes launched by the government like Jan Dhan Yojna, LPG subsidy etc.
Kundariya’s office mailed several photographs of the meeting to Indian cooperative but there was no press release on the occasion.
