IFFCO Director Dr. M.N. Rajendra Kumar has been elected National President of the National Press Council of India (Social Cause Responsibility Division). Recognized for his contributions to the cooperative sector and social service, he holds the title ‘Sahakara Ratna.’
His appointment was unanimously endorsed by the advisory board, which includes retired Justice Nitte Santosh Hegde and Karnataka Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj S. Horatti.
The council operates under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
