The fertilizer cooperative Kribhco organized a meeting of farmers at Paschimi Tatha PACCs located at Khagaria district of Bihar on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by PACCs Chairman Sujeet Kumar.
On the occasion, Kumar informed the farmers about the Kribhco’s role and the work being done in the interest of farmers. The Central Government has made a separate ministry for co-ops which will strengthen the cooperative movement, he added.
During the program, Kribhco Regional Officer Ajay Kumar Singh gave detailed information to the farmers about organic farming, balanced use of fertilizers, soil testing etc. among other things.
Kribhco also distributed free bio-fertilizer and masks among the farmers.
