The meeting of the board of directors and loan committee of Kota Nagrik Sahakari Bank, held on Tuesday has cancelled membership of 46 people and made 69 people the new members of the bank.
The meeting also sanctioned the loan of Rs 3.50 crore to over 47 borrowers. The meeting was presided over by Rajesh Krishna Birla, Chairman of the Bank.
The bank chairman also reviewed the recovery of loans and directed officials to regularize recovery of all NPA accounts.
The board member Mahendra Sharma warned that strict action will be taken against borrowers who are not willing to pay their loans.
During the meeting Bank Vice-Chairman Hemraj Singh, Suresh Chand Kabra, Kamlesh Rishi and others were present.
