Chainsingh Rathore has been elected as the Chairman of Rajasthan based Kota District Milk Producer Cooperative Union defeating his rival Durgalal Meena with five votes. The election was held on Wednesday.
In the election, 11 directors cast their votes, out of which Rathore got eight and his rival received three votes.
Giving his reaction, Rathore said, we would continue to work for the welfare of milk producing farmers and cattle rearers. Efforts will be made to ensure that good milk is available to the consumers.
It bears recall that earlier the said dairy was under the control of an administrator.
