Maharashtra based TJSB Sahakari Bank organized an event at its Dombivli (West) branch recently where Bahujan Samaj Party State Secretary Dayanand Kiratkar was the chief guest.
In his address, Kiratkar said that bank should roll out schemes for the betterment of the women folk so that their participation in co-op movement is more and more. Lauding the UCB for its role in the region, Kiratkar said the bank is fulfilling the dreams of upcoming entrepreneurs.
Branch Manager Shamita Bhise, Deputy Manager Archana Chirmule and others were present on the occasion.
It bears recall that TJSB has 137 branches spread in the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The bank has membership of about 54 thousand. Nominal membership of the UCB is around that of 32 thousand.
