CID has nabbed the accused including president and director of the Sri Guru Raghavendra cooperative bank involved in swindling Rs 1,400 crore of the bank.
The bank is located in Basavanagudi, Karnataka, say media reports. CID sources said that several more will also be legally tried.
The scam came to light after the audit. Further investigation is underway.
