Gurpartap Singh Khushalpur, the man who ensured the exit of BJP cooperator Ashok Dabas from the apex body National Cooperative Union of India has been appointed as the new head of Punjab Labourfed.
Kushalpur is on the board of NCUI and belongs to the fold of Aam Aadmi Party from Punjab. He contested on an AAP ticket in the last assembly elections and polled 17000 votes.
His appointment has drawn attention as several congress leaders are still waiting to get appointed to various committees of the state. But Khushalpur, a manipulator par excellence has his own take on the matter.
