A one-day training programme for milk producer cooperative societies was conducted under the National Dairy Development Programme at Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium, Bhagwanpura, in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. The programme was jointly organized by Indore Cooperative Milk Union and District Cooperative Union Khargone.
Around 150 milk producers from the region participated in the session. Training was delivered by D.P. Tyagi, Manager of the Milk Cooperative Union Khargone; Manoj Tak, Audit Officer of the Cooperative Department; Basant Yadav, Senior Cooperative Inspector; and Omkar Yadav, Chief Executive Officer of the Union.
The programme commenced with guidance on clean milk production, enhancing milk yield, proper animal care, and rearing improved cattle breeds. Basant Yadav explained procedures related to cooperative elections, while Manoj Tak elaborated on cooperative by-laws and compliance requirements.
District Cooperative Central Bank Branch Manager Solanki and Society Manager Gautam Lad also addressed the gathering. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by CEO Omkar Yadav, followed by lunch for participants.
