A significant review meeting of the Haryana State Cooperative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank was held at Panchkula on Tuesday. The meeting was attended by RCS officials, the Managing Director, Directors, and chaired by Amarpal Rana, who later shared details of the deliberations on Facebook.
During the meeting, various agenda items concerning the bank’s functioning were discussed in detail. Special emphasis was laid on matters related to employee promotions, with serious deliberations aimed at ensuring transparency and career progression within the institution.
Participants also shared key suggestions to further strengthen and streamline the bank’s operational efficiency. In addition, a comprehensive review of schemes focused on rural development and the agriculture sector was undertaken to enhance their impact and outreach.
The Chairman stated that such strategic meetings provide fresh direction and renewed energy to the organization, reinforcing its commitment to supporting farmers and rural communities across Haryana.
