Hindu informs that ED is carrying out a probe into a scam that has broken out in Thumboor Service Cooperative Bank in Kerala
The allegation is that an amount of Rs 3.5 crore has been misappropriated at the bank during the tenure of the former president of the bank and Congress leader Johny Kachappally
It is said loans were allegedly sanctioned with forged documents with the support of the board of directors.
