Hindu reports Kerala State Cooperative Bank is organising a statewide march from February 8 to commemorate its yearlong centenary celebrations. The march will be inaugurated by Kasaragod municipal chairperson Beefathima Ibrahim on the cooperative bank’s premises.
The march, Sahakarana Sandesha Yatra, taken out for popularising the activities of primary, district, and State cooperative banks, would culminate in Thiruvananthapuram.
The march aims at bringing various services of the three-tier banking system on a common platform using modern technologies, state cooperative bank vice-president K. Veluthambu said.
