Kerala State Co-op Bank constitutes New BoM

In accordance with the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the bye-laws of the Kerala State Co-operative Bank (Kerala Bank), a new Board of Management has been constituted at the bank.

The Board of Management is chaired by former RBI official V. Ravindran. Members from the Administrative Committee include President P. Mohanan Master, Vice President T.V. Rajesh, P. Gagarin, Adhin A., Adv. Jose Tom, and Adv. Sreeja Shaijudev.

Experts from various professional fields appointed to the Board are Dr. Jiju P. Alex, B.P. Pillai, Adv. V.K. Prasad, K.C. Sahadevan, and Baiju N. Kurup. The bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Jorty M. Chacko, is also a member of the Board as Ex-Officio.

The Board of Management will deliberate on the bank’s key functional areas, including credit, audit, and risk management, and will provide necessary guidance and recommendations to the Administrative Committee.
