Kerala Minister for Cooperation said the aim of forming Kerala’s own bank would soon come to fruition, reports Hindu. The minister said the new bank would make primary cooperative banks stronger.
He was inaugurating a branch of a cooperative bank in Kochi.
According to the minister, only the administrative set-up of the district cooperative banks would change with the establishment of the Kerala Bank. The latter would rely on the latest technology in providing its services, the minister underlined.
