Kerala State Co-operative Bank (Kerala Bank) President P. Mohanan Master has stated that every rupee mobilised as deposits from the people of the State will be utilised entirely for the overall development and welfare of the people of Kerala.
He was inaugurating the relocated Aluva Main Branch of Kerala Bank on Wednesday. The branch has been shifted from the Aluva Municipal Shopping Complex to a more customer-friendly location on the ground floor of Manjooran Georgettans Arcade on Aluva–Munnar Road, ensuring easier access for customers.
Mohanan Master said that almost every family in Kerala is directly or indirectly associated with the cooperative sector, which has deep roots in the social life of the State. He emphasised that collective support is essential to protect and strengthen the cooperative movement.
Bank Director Adv. V. Saleem presided over the function, while Vice President T. V. Rajesh inaugurated the safe locker room. Chief General Manager A. Anilkumar flagged off the branch-level launch of the ‘100 Golden Days Campaign’.
Senior citizen customers of the branch were honoured by Aluva Municipal Councillor Jaison Peter. General Manager Jolly John, Regional General Manager Navaneethkumar, Deputy General Manager Smt. Supriya T. S., and Branch Manager Smt. Ambika K. also spoke.
Kerala Bank has crossed a total business of Rs 1.25 lakh crore and ranks fourth among banks in Kerala in gold loan outstanding, exceeding Rs 10,000 crore.
