The New Indian Express reports Kerala chief minister said the Kerala Bank has set a business target of Rs 3 lakh crore for the next three years.
The chief minister added that cooperative banks need to be enabled to meet the banking needs of local self-government.
According to the chief minister, the new Kerala Bank will make available more agriculture, agri-related, small and medium-level loans than before.
