Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) has been conferred with the ‘Best Performing District Cooperative Central Bank’ award in Telangana. The recognition was presented at an event organized in Hyderabad by NABARD to celebrate its Foundation Day.

The award was presented by Telangana State Agriculture and Cooperation Minister Tummalla Nageswara Rao to Konduru Ravinder Rao, Chairman of Karimnagar DCCB, along with CEO S. Satyanarayana Rao and DGM Brahmanandam.

During the event, the Minister lauded the bank’s exceptional contribution to the cooperative lending sector, particularly its role in boosting rural finance and economic activities through self-help groups, agricultural lending, and support for small enterprises.

Ravinder Rao urged the Minister to facilitate the opening of government and employee salary accounts in DCCB branches to further strengthen the cooperative ecosystem. He emphasized that such initiatives would ensure broader outreach and drive development in the cooperative sector.

Karimnagar District Cooperative Bank (KDCCB) has achieved a new milestone in the financial year 2024–25, crossing a business mix of Rs 7,000 crore and recording its highest-ever gross profit of Rs 119.31 crore.
