The schedule for the election to the board of directors of Himachal Pradesh based Kangra Central Cooperative Bank has been released. The election is slated for 30th September 2020.
The voters list will be released on 10th of August and objections can be filed till 11th August. After this the final list of voters will be out on 30th August 2020.
The nominations will be filed on 17th August and the election will be held on 30th September 2020. On the same day the result will be announced.
The bank has 219 branches in five districts. The board comprises 16 elected directors which will be elected from 16 zones in five districts. Several directors are nominated by the government.
Assistant Registrar Officer Una Ratan Singh Bedi said that the election schedule has been released.
