The Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank was honoured at the state-level conclave titled “Sahakar Manthan 2025”, organised in Pune on Sunday to mark the International Year of Cooperatives 2025.
The event brought together key stakeholders from across Maharashtra to deliberate on the evolving role of cooperatives in economic and social development.
The Bank was recognised for its significant contribution to strengthening the cooperative banking sector.
The award was conferred by the Minister of Cooperation, Government of Maharashtra, Babasaheb Patil. The honour was received on behalf of the Bank by Director Pankaj Dandekar and General Manager Milind Phatak.
The recognition reflects the Bank’s sustained focus on customer-centric banking, adoption of digital initiatives, and strong commitment to social responsibility.
