Maharashtra-based Kallappanna Awade Ichalkaranji Janata Sahakari (Kaijs) Bank was awarded the ‘Navarashtra Co-operative Awards 2021’ as the Best Co-operative Bank in Rural Maharashtra.
The bank’s Vice-Chairman CA Chandrakant Chougule and CEO Vijay Kamat received the award from State Cabinet Minister Sunil Kedar and Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut.
The function was held last week at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Mumbai. During the function, many awards had been bestowed on Co-ops that made remarkable contributions to the cooperative sector.
