Dileep Sanghani, Chairman of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited, participated in the virtual board meeting of Jordan Phosphate Mines Company, highlighting continued engagement between global fertiliser stakeholders amid evolving supply challenges.
The meeting was chaired by JPMC Chairman Dr. Mohammad K. Thneibat and attended by Vice Chairman Faris Al-Qatarneh, along with IFFCO Managing Director K. J. Patel and Indian Potash Limited Managing Director P. S. Gehlaut, among other board members.
The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in the fertiliser sector, particularly in the supply of phosphatic inputs critical for agriculture. JPMC remains a key global supplier of phosphate, an essential raw material for fertiliser production, and a long-standing partner for Indian cooperatives.
Sanghani’s participation underscores IFFCO’s strategic efforts to secure raw material linkages and ensure stable fertiliser availability for Indian farmers, especially in the backdrop of global uncertainties impacting supply chains.
