Rajya Sabha MP and Chairman of Jodhpur Nagrik Sahakari Bank, Rajendra Gehlot, met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Tuesday to discuss key issues concerning Rajasthan’s cooperative sector.
The meeting focused on strategies to strengthen cooperatives and enhance benefits for farmers, youth, and rural communities.
MP Gehlot highlighted that, under the visionary guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the decisive leadership of Amit Shah, the cooperative sector is witnessing unprecedented growth, providing new opportunities and energy for rural India. This progress contributes significantly to the vision of a self-reliant and developed India by 2047.
The discussions also emphasized the importance of strong border security in frontier states like Rajasthan, underlining that safeguarding borders is essential to protect youth from the menace of drugs and other social evils.
MP Gehlot praised Minister Shah’s capable leadership in ensuring a safer, stronger, and more prosperous India.
