NCUI President Dileep Sanghani took a delegation of co-operators to meet Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan on Wednesday. Discussions centered on boosting the efficiency of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies and expanding national federation membership.
They explored leveraging retired army personnel’s expertise for the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), establishing new Farmer’s Producers Organisations, and Co-operative Societies to promote tourism.
Lt Governor Sinha commended cooperators for their role in fortifying the cooperative sector, affirming the UT Administration’s commitment to fostering agricultural prosperity.
Dr. Krishan Bir Chaudhary, Praveen Sharma, Vikrant Dogra, Khalid Lone, and other cooperative leaders were also present along with Sanghani on the occasion.
